Every order ships free, worldwide. Parcels leave our Stockholm studio within one working day and arrive fully tracked, with a signed handover on delivery. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is on its way.

Duties & taxes

Orders shipped within the EU are inclusive of VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Once your order is on its way, we send a tracking link by email. If you have not received tracking within 48 hours, please write to hello@glowtday.com and we will look into it right away.

Undelivered parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange a resend. Additional shipping costs may apply for a second attempt.
