We want you to love your GLOWTDAY. If a product isn't right, you have thirty days from delivery to return it for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to return

• Write to hello@glowtday.com with your order number.
• We will email you a prepaid return label within one working day.
• Pack the product in its original box and drop off the parcel.
• Your refund is issued within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.

Condition of return

Products should be returned in a resaleable condition with all original packaging and accessories. We understand that trying a device requires using it — light use is completely fine.

Warranty

Every GLOWTDAY device is covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something is not working as it should, write to us and we will repair or replace it at no cost.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear.

EU right of withdrawal

In addition to our 30-day policy, consumers within the European Union are protected by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive.
